If the customer decides they do not want their drone repaired after a diagnosis, the service fee will be adjusted as follows:
- Repair Fee is adjusted to 3000 LKR if customer declines repair after drone has been diagnosed.
- Repair Fee is adjusted to 2000 LKR plus shipping of old drone if the customer declines repair but opts to purchase a new drone.
- Repair Fee is adjusted to 1500 LKR when old drone is abandoned and customer declines repair but opts to purchase a new drone.
- Repair Fee for water damage or flyaway is may be differ.
The Repair Service is non-refundable if the customer chooses not to replace the parts needed after the repair has started.
Final repair balance must be paid by the customer within 7 business days of completing the repair
Once a repaired product is shipped back and received by the customer, all claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
If a repaired product is not collected within 14 business days once it's confirmed, the product will be scrapped off.
Any modified remotes will not be used for our final test flight. We will also not be held liable for any crashes.
Please do not ship us damaged lipo batteries. Customers will be charged a disposal fee of 4000 LKR per damaged battery.
Drone Lanka cannot be held responsible for any future issues or parts that may fail.
