STEP 1: Consultation Call (Optional) or Purchase Repair Service
If you like to Repair your drone from us, First fill the form. Then our customer service will provide you a SRN Number.
STEP 2: Ship Your Drone To Us
Please pack and ship your drone and Accessories only using a standard shipping box. Please include downloaded form in the box. Ship to:

YOU MUST SHIP IT THROUGH DOMEX COURIER SERVICE ONLY. If you send your drone in an over sized case you may be subject to additional return shipping costs.
STEP 3: Estimate of Cost
Once we diagnose your drone, we will contact you with an estimate for necessary repair parts.
STEP 4: We Fix Your Drone
Once parts are approved, our techs will get to work repairing your drone!
STEP 5: Fine Tuning and Testing
We update the firmware, calibrate all sensors, and test fly your aircraft to ensure your drone is in peak condition before shipping it back to you.
STEP 6: Return Shipping
Return shipping via DOMEX COURIER service must be paid by the customer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please do not ship us damaged lipo batteries. Customers will be charged a disposal fee of 4000 LKR per damaged battery.
Drone Lanka cannot be held responsible for any future issues or parts that may fail.
Any modified remotes will not be used for our final test flight. We will also not be held liable for any crashes. The Repair Service is non-refundable if the customer chooses not to replace the parts needed after the repair has started.
If the customer decides they do not want their drone repaired after a diagnosis, the service fee will be adjusted as follows:
- Repair Fee is adjusted to 1000 LKR if customer declines repair after drone has been diagnosed.
- Repair Fee is adjusted to 750 LKR plus shipping of old drone if the customer declines repair but opts to purchase a new drone.
- Repair Fee is adjusted to 600 LKR when old drone is abandoned and customer declines repair but opts to purchase a new drone.
- Repair Fee for water damage or flyaway is may be differ.
Final repair balance must be paid by the customer within 14 days of completing the repair.
Once a repaired product is shipped back and received by the customer, all claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
