Repair Procedure 

We require your Quadcopter (inc camera) & Controller, a working battery, Props and Battery Charger. Please don’t send other accessories.

Securely package your item with the gimbal clamp in place (if applicable). The manufacturer’s packaging is best.

*If you send your drone in an over sized case you may be subject to additional  shipping costs.

Send us your item by booking a pickup collection from your home or office or dropping off at a courier office using Domex Courier service or CityPak Courier service 

(Remember: Use a Signed For service).

When your item arrives we will notify you immediately, including the items in the box and the existing nature.

Then we will  diagnose your drone and contact you with an estimate for necessary repairs.

You  can accept the estimate or reject it. Once repair is approved, our techs will get to work repairing your drone!

We calibrate all sensors, and test  your aircraft to ensure your drone is in peak condition before shipping it back to you.

Once the payment is cleared, we will ship back the drone to your door step or office.

Terms and conditions of the service

If the customer decides they do not want their drone repaired after a diagnosis, a diagnosis service fee will be charged.
The advance payment is non-refundable if the customer chooses not to replace the parts imported after the repair has started.
Final repair balance must be paid by the customer within 7 business days of completing the repair.
Once a repaired product is shipped back and received by the customer, all claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
If a repaired product is not collected within 14 business days once it's confirmed, the product will be scrapped off.
Any modified remotes will not be used for our final test flight. We will also not be held liable for any crashes.
Drone Lanka cannot be held responsible for any future issues or parts that may fail.
